We create the only authentic Italian food in Hull with a traditional wood fired pizza oven, using genuine Italian ingredients. All our dishes are freshly prepared with fresh local meat, vegetable and salad.

Being stone baked means that each pizza is cooked at a very high temperature. This is what gives it its unique flavour and particular delicious taste.

We make our dough from scratch, fresh on site everyday using the best flour imported from Napoli, Italy, and using fior de latte cheese. Our tomato sauce is freshly made using fresh plum tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil, fresh herbs and seasoning. Our toppings are all fresh, prepared and cooked on site every day.
